Terms of Service

Considering that SHOP PRO SHOP sells products and services online; considering the Customer's interest in purchasing products offered by SHOP PRO SHOP through its sales channels; and that the product comes directly from other countries to the customer's home, the purpose of this contract is to establish the general conditions for the purchase of products and services by the customer from the SHOP PRO SHOP website.

  1. Confidentiality: SHOP PRO SHOP is responsible for preserving the confidentiality of all data and information provided by the Customer during the purchase process, which only accredited employees have access to. The website's security is audited daily and guaranteed against hacking through the "Site Blindado" seal.
  2. Customer Service (SAC): The customer has access to this service to clarify doubts, resolve any requests or complaints regarding their order or any content available on the website.   1. Delivery Policy: The deadline for delivery of the Products is informed during the purchase procedure, and is no less than 90 (ninety) business days, since some products come directly from abroad. Product deliveries are made by the Post Office, from Monday to Friday, from 8 am to 10 pm. Exceptionally, some product deliveries may occur on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
  2. Right of withdrawal: The Customer will be entitled to exercise the right to regret the purchase, in accordance with Article 49 of the "CDC", for the purpose of returning the product, in which case the following conditions must be observed:

- The deadline for withdrawing from the purchase of the product is up to 7 (seven) calendar days, counting from the date of receipt;

- In case of return, the product must be returned to SHOP PRO SHOP, accompanied by the DANFE (Electronic Invoice Auxiliary Document).

The images of the articles are merely illustrative, and there may be variations between the photo and the product as they come from different international suppliers.

4.1 - The Customer must request the return through Customer Service (SAC). The expenses arising from collection or posting of the Product will be borne by the Customer and, after arrival and inspection of the product, will be reimbursed by SHOP PRO SHOP.

4.2 - For purchases made with a credit card, the card administrator will be notified and the refund will be made on the next or subsequent billing statement, all at once, regardless of the number of installments used in the purchase. The refund period and the collection of the remaining installments after the full refund of the value of the Product to the Customer's credit card, carried out by SHOP PRO SHOP, are the responsibility of the card administrator. In the event of future installments being charged by the card administrator, the Customer will NOT be charged, since SHOP PRO SHOP will refund the full value of the Product in a single payment, with the credit for the refund being granted in full by the card administrator on the billing statement following the month of cancellation.

4.3 - For purchases paid by bank slip or direct debit, the refund will be made by bank deposit, within 10 (ten) business days, only in the buyer's checking account, which must be individual. The CPF of the checking account holder must be the same as that stated in the order (Customer's CPF).

4.4 - DIVINO PRODUTO is exempt from the obligation to cancel any product that does not meet the requirements listed in this device.

4.5 - After the tracking number has been sent to the CUSTOMER, the Customer will no longer be able to cancel the purchase, as the product has already been dispatched to its destination.

  1. Exchange and Return Policy: All occurrences involving exchange or return will be handled as provided for in the Consumer Protection Code.

5.1 - SHOP PRO SHOP is responsible for returning/shipping the purchased products. Therefore, the company has priority in deciding how to ship the products. To avoid any type of expense when returning the products, it is essential that you contact the sales department before sending the purchased products back. SHOP PRO SHOP may choose to ship them by post or by another service available on the market.

5.2 - The product must be returned with the Danfe and a letter describing the reason for the return. The absence of the Danfe and/or the letter will prevent the identification of the order and, consequently, the refund of the amount paid. Therefore, do not forget to send the Danfe and the letter describing the reason for the return.

5.3 - The refund of the product value, including the purchase shipping cost, will be made after analyzing the conditions of the returned products and may be done in the following ways:

  • For purchases made with a credit card, the refund request to your card administrator will be immediate and registered. The refund on your statement, depending on the request and due date of your card, may occur in up to two (2) subsequent statements.
  • For purchases paid by bank slip, direct debit or bank deposit, the refund will be made via TED to the account indicated by the customer. Deadline for crediting to your checking account: seven (7) business days. (Federal Decree No. 7,962/2013)

5.4 - Withdrawal

To return products due to withdrawal, the deadline of up to 7 calendar days from receipt must be met. The product must be in its original packaging, without signs of use, and accompanied by the invoice. Article 49 of the Consumer Protection Code (CDC)

5.5 - Defective product

The maximum period to report the occurrence of defective products is 7 days.

The product must be sent to SHOP PRO SHOP, with the invoice or purchase declaration, and will undergo an evaluation. If no defect is detected, it will be returned to the customer.

5.6 - Other reasons

We request that receipt be refused if any type of violation of the product is noticed at the time of delivery, such as:

* Open or damaged packaging;
* Damaged product;
* Product does not match the order.

  1. Accepted payment methods:

6.1 - Payment in cash: bank slip; direct debit; credit card;

6.2 - Payment in installments: credit card.

6.3 - For payments made by credit card, the order will be subject to approval by the card administrator. The information contained in the registration is subject to confirmation, which may be requested by SHOP PRO SHOP by email.

  1. Delivery times and payment methods:

7.1 - Purchases paid by credit card: the delivery period is considered from the verification of registration data and confirmation of payment by the card administrator. Confirmation is made within one business day. In case of registration discrepancy, SHOP PRO SHOP will contact the buyer.

7.2 - Purchases paid by bank slip: the delivery period is considered from the confirmation of payment by the bank. Confirmation is made within three business days from the payment.

7.3 - Purchases paid by direct debit: the delivery period is considered from the confirmation of payment by the bank. Confirmation is made within two business days.

7.4 - After order confirmation, a tracking code will be sent so that the customer can track their order with the post office.

  1. Posting deadline:

Our deadline for sending the tracking code is up to 15 business days, counting from the date of the actual purchase approved in our system, since this code is provided to us by the website of the national or international partner company.

9. Delivery time:

Your product is shipped directly from our distribution centers outside Brazil. Our estimated delivery time is 10 to 45 business days , and may extend to a maximum of 90 business days depending on the location. After this period, we will refund your money instantly, without requiring the product to be returned. We guarantee to send a tracking code so that the customer can follow the progress of the delivery.

Delivery times may be extended in very specific cases, mainly due to issues such as: delays, strikes, recesses, periods of high demand at the Post Office. All of these situations are beyond our control.

SHOP PRO SHOP guarantees that your order will be delivered. We would like to point out here that we assume responsibility for refunding the full amount paid for any product that is lost or misplaced before being received by the Brazilian delivery system, the Post Office.

10. Use of products: SHOP PRO SHOP is not responsible, under any circumstances, for any damages or inconveniences that may arise from the use of the products provided here. The customer, upon purchasing, declares that he/she is aware that he/she is solely responsible for any eventualities that may occur.

  • Shipping from China to Brazil:

Most SHOP PRO SHOP orders are sent using a method called China Post, in which a plane is filled with goods that will be delivered to several countries around the world via a delivery route. The order rarely comes directly from China to Brazil. Your order may be on a route in which Brazil is one of the first destinations or Brazil may be one of the last countries on that route. Therefore, keep in mind that your order does not come directly here, it usually goes around the world before arriving in Brazil and this ends up impacting SHOP PRO SHOP's delivery time.

  • Order DIVINE PRODUCT stopped in Curitiba

Almost all packages from China that arrive in Brazil pass through the CTCI (International Mail Processing Center) and the Federal Revenue Service in Curitiba before being delivered to the local post office. Every month, the Federal Revenue Service in Curitiba analyzes more than 1 million and seven hundred thousand packages from China and it is very likely that your SHOP PRO SHOP package will be stuck at the Federal Revenue Service for some time.
